NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt hereafter described, and because of the default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by Mary C. Reyna , secured by said deed to secure debt, executed on April 30, 2015 and recorded on May 15, 2015, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia, in Book 3435, Page 259, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Promissory Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Eighty-Five Thousand ($85,000.00 ) Dollars and 00/100, and modified by Modification of Deed to Secure Debt dated January 17, 2017 and recorded on January 27, 2017, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia, and recorded in Deed Book 3694, Page 309, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, before the Courthouse door in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in June, to-wit: June 6th, 2017, between the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: That certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, identified and described to the plat of Northside Estate Subdivision, dated October, 1951, and certified to by W. Reyna in complying with the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and the Note secured thereby. Notice has been given of the intention on the part of the holder of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note to enforce the provisions contained in said security deed for the collection of attorney's fees. The indebtedness remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure Debt, accrued interest and expenses of the sale and other sums secured by the Deed to Secure Debt including attorney's fees, and the remainder, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.
