NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Donna G. Brown to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. dated 8/11/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 1745 Page 116 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 252,800.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on April 04, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 25th G.M.D., Glynn County, Georgia, and on the island of St. Simons therein, described and identified according to a print of a plat of survey entitled "Final Plat Of: Oak Forest Subdivision, Phase II-C", dated December 30, 1996, prepared by Ralph E. Lackey & Associates, Inc., and certified by Ralph E. Lackey, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1635, and recorded in Plat Drawer 24, Map No. 12, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Curt of Glynn County, Georgia, as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE (175), PHASE II-C, OAK FOREST SUBDIVISION. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid Lackey plat of survey and to the record thereof for the purpose of more particularly describing the location, metes and bounds of subject property and for all other purposes allowed by law. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 121 Hillcrest Court, , St Simons Island, GA 31522 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
