NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by John K Weimer to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as a nominee for American Banking Company dba Ameris dated 8/29/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 2053 Page 152 Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Nationstar Mortgage LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 176,400.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on April 04, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1356th GMD, Glynn County, Georgia and in that certain Subdivision therein known as "HardWood Forest, Phase Two", shown upon a plat of said subdivision by Shupe Surveying Company, P.C., and signed by Gary R. Nevill, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2401, dated January 12, 2004, recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Plat drawer 29, Page 127-A, as all of Lot numbered fifty-seven (57), HardWood Forest Subdivision, Phase Two (2), Glynn County, Georgia. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plat and to the record thereof for the purpose of more particularly describing and identifying the location, metes and bounds of the subject property and for all other purposes allowed by law. This being the same real property conveyed by that certain Deed Under Power dated August 1, 2006, from Joshua M. Leonard acting through this duly appointed attorney in fact, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Todd Carlson, recorded in Deed Book 2018, Page 165, aforesaid records. Parcel #03-18329 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
