JONES to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. dated February 14, 2006, filed for record February 21, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 1879, Page 470, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2854, Page 153, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated February 14, 2006 in the original principal sum of SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($79,800.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2017, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND IN THE THAT SUBDIVISION THEREIN KNOWN AS SOUTH END AS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED UPON A SURVEY BY J.B. HIGH, CIVIL ENGINEER, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, ON MAY 2, 1911, IN DEED BOOK 3-C, FOLIO 481, AS THE WESTERN 150 FEET OF LOT NUMBER 611, SOUTH END SUBDIVISION AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SECOND AVENUE WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF NORWICH STREET AND FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF NORWICH STREET A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURNING AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST DESCRIBED LINE AND RUNNING IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURNING AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST DESCRIBED LINE AND RUNNING IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF NORWICH STREET A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SECOND AVENUE; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST DESCRIBED LINE AND RUNNING IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
