ENGLISH AND THERESE M. ENGLISH RECORDED MAY 15, 2001 RECORDED IN BOOK 786, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE DEED TO ROY SALENA J. DONOHOE, JOHN H. HANNAN AND PATRICIA B. HANNAN FROM LYNDA L. ROLAND FILED MARCH 31, 2005 IN BOOK 1638, PAGE 196 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is SALENA J. DONOHOE, PATRICIA B. HANNAN and JOHN H. HANNAN or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 106 BLACKBERRY STREET, BRUNSWICK, GA 31525. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
