Dear SALLIE MAE POWELL ESTATE and all heirs known and unknown and any other party having a legal interest;

To all of the above Individuals and Entities, please take notice that:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

Map and Parcel #01-04265, being further described as;

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to the well maps and plan of said City as the northern 1/2 of the western 1/2 of Town Commons Lot 150; between Amherst Street and Cochran Avenue. Said portion of the lot is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: beginning at a point on the eastern line of Amherst Street a distance of 45 feet northerly(measured along the line of said street) from the intersection of the eastern line of Amherst St with the northern line of O Street, and running thence northerly along said eastern line of Amherst Street a distance of 45 thence running at right angles easterly a distance of 90 feet; thence, running at right angles southerly a distance of 45 feet, and thence running at right angles westerly a distance of 90 feet to the point of beginning. Said property designated as map and parcel #B027 02 076 007 and is located at 2502 Amherst St., Brunswick, Georgia.

Said right to redeem will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and day of 7th day of February 2017.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3329 at page 48.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 7th day of February 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
