WB&T Bankshares, Inc. owns 100% of Waycross Bank & Trust in Waycross, Ware County Georgia, Guardian Bank in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia, and South Coast Bank & Trust in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
