• Patrick Gallagher, founder of the noted museum-designing firm Gallagher & Associates, will share some of the heroic stories discovered while conducting research for his firm’s military projects during the annual meeting of the Coastal Georgia Historical Society at 3 p.m. in The Cloister Ballroom on Sea Island. • Atwater-Donnelly, the duo of Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly, will be in concert from 8-10 p.m. at the Ritz Theatre, 1530 Newcastle St., Brunswick. The Big Photo Show will exhibit its winning entries during regular business hours through Jan. 30 at the Horton Gallery of the Southeast Georgia Health System Outpatient Care Center, 2500 Starling St., Brunswick. Jekyll Island Arts Association exhibit featuring the works of Jo Elliott and Jan Waterman, painters, and Dorothy Czarnecki, Ruth Kelly, Al Kline, Lou Lodico and Art Sennett, may be viewed from noon to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends through Jan. 31 at Goodyear Cottage, in the Jekyll Island Historic District.

The works of Gene Threats, a master of the colored pencil who creates art that depicts scenes from everyday life, may be seen during regular business hours through Jan. 31 at the Brunswick-Glynn County Library, 208 Gloucester St., Brunswick.

Bob Meredith exhibit may be seen during regular business hours through Feb. 19 at ArtTrends Gallery, 3305 Frederica Road, St. Simons Island.
