CCGA culinary arts program hosts fall capstone dinner
The Culinary Arts Program for College of Coastal Georgia will hold its Fall Capstone Dinner on Dec. 11, with seatings at 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
This dinner is planned and prepared by the culinary students, under the direction of Chef Carl Miller and Chef Steve Ingersoll.
The event will be hosted by St. Simons Island restaurateur, Chef Dave Snyder, at his Halyards Restaurant.
There will be 80 seats available over the two seatings, and the event costs $60 per person. A cash bar will be available.
